My purpose is to help you find harmony between your professional and personal life, transforming your schedule from a burden into a tool for success.

ROLE
Sole Product Designer
Modern life is fragmented. My creator noticed a common struggle in their friends including themself. There are too many apps for different needs but none of them talk to each other.
Important tasks were :
Buried under notifications
Commitments overlapped
Personal time was always the first to be sacrificed
My initial design focused on solving the core problems of disorganization and overwhelm. The solutions I provide are not just reactive, they're proactive and intelligent, acting as a true personal assistant.
I move beyond a traditional dashboard by acting as an active AI Agent.
I show you only your top 3 tasks to prevent overwhelm and make your daily goals feel achievable. The complete task list is expandable if you wish to see it.
I provide proactive suggestions based on your activities and past behavior.
I build trust by providing contextual reasoning for my suggestions.
I promote digital well-being by acting as a gentle nudge to take a break.
I identify when you've been scrolling for over 45 minutes and intervene at a natural pause in the feed.
I'll suggest a productive break, such as a task you've added to your list, to help you rest your eyes and focus on a new skill.
I automatically detect when the task is complete and mark it as done, so you don't have to manually.
I provide contextual reminders on your wrist to help you stay on top of your schedule, even when you’re on the go.

4/5 Participants
Were very excited to try the app and believed it could significantly boost their productivity, indicating a strong product-market fit.
1/5 Participant
Felt the app was useful and could solve a portion of their problems, but might not have a major impact. They suggested a different UI style, which was deemed a personal preference and not a problem-solving change.
My initial designs received valuable feedback from the designathon judges. They challenged me to define my unique value in a world where other apps are also adding AI features. This feedback led to a crucial refinement of my business model and core features.
I differentiate myself by proactively solving the problem of task accumulation, a common issue with traditional productivity apps.
I intelligently identify and resolve conflicts, a step beyond what basic calendars do.
I analyze the context and priority of tasks, automatically suggesting the best rescheduling option so you don't have to manually.
I help you maintain momentum and a balanced schedule, preventing the frustration of abandoned to-do lists.
Version 1
I was initially designed as a reactive chatbot that could help users order food based on direct prompts. However, the judges brought to light a critical question about this approach.
Version 2
My design moves beyond simple recommendations by acting as a true personal assistant that understands your daily routine and well-being.
I don't behave like a chatbot. Instead of waiting for a prompt, I proactively intervene with a health-conscious insight after you've placed an order.
I complement food delivery apps. My purpose is not to recommend food, but to use your order history and schedule to help you find a healthier balance.
I provide smarter, personalized suggestions. While a food app's AI might offer recommendations, I use your overall routine (e.g., a high-calorie lunch) to provide a more holistic health insight (e.g., suggesting a lighter dinner).
My business model is a freemium model that ensures I'm accessible to everyone while offering advanced features to those who need more.
Core features are highlighted like unlimited integrations and cross-device sync to clearly communicate the premium value.
Powerful stats provide data-backed social proof to motivate the upgrade.
The annual plan is pre-selected and explicitly shows a discounted rate to guide users toward the most valuable option.
The button CTA uses benefit-driven language to persuade users to subscribe.
My design was born from a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and the shortcomings of existing solutions.
I was built with three distinct user personas in mind:

Ahmed (Project Manager)
My creator mapped Ahmed's day to identify his pain points, from a chaotic morning to a disappointing end of the day. This helped her understand the frustrations caused by app notifications, overlapping commitments and a lack of personal time.
Ahmed’s day revealed multiple friction points:
Morning: No major pain points, but the day lacked proactive planning prompts.
Midday: Overlaps between work calls and personal errands.
Evening: Missed hobby time due to last-minute work spillovers.
Step in at the right moment to suggest better task prioritization and ensure personal time stays protected.
After this, my creator created user flows for Priya, showcasing her day before and after using me.
Before
Separate tools for invoicing, communication, and scheduling.
Missed client follow-ups because reminders were lost in generic notification lists.
After
I detect pending follow-ups from her Gmail + Slack.
I surface them in “Today’s Focus” with one-tap action buttons.
Priya approves, I send the email directly.

My creator also performed a competitive analysis on existing AI assistants like Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Notion AI and Siri Shortcuts. The gaps she identified were clear:
They respond when you ask
I act before you realize you need me
They give generic reminders
I integrate across your apps to detect context
They don’t adapt when you fall behind
I reschedule and reprioritize without you having to open the app
My creator performed two A/B tests to refine my user experience. The results of these tests confirmed key design principles and helped her make me a more intuitive and effective AI assistant.
Version 1

Users saw three options—Speak, Camera, and Type—upon opening the app. They had to make a choice before they could begin.
Version 2

Winner
The typing keyboard appeared by default. Users could switch to other input methods if they preferred.
Based on insights from ChatGPT, Variant B performed better
Preserves the user's mental model for a productivity tool
Reduced friction and decision fatigue by allowing users to immediately begin interacting
Prioritized text input, which is the most universally accessible and discreet method
Version 1

The conflict was presented in a long, text-heavy paragraph. Users had to read the entire description to understand the issue.
Version 2

Winner
The conflict was flagged with a clear, striking "CONFLICT" label and a concise, minimal text description.
Based on insights from ChatGPT, Variant B performed better
It was easier to scan and allowed for faster comprehension
It reinforced the key UX principle that "users don't read, they scan"
My final task for you is to provide a comprehensive look back at your productive day.
I send you a notification to present a summary of all your accomplishments.
The summary serves as positive reinforcement, showing the tangible value of our work together.
It connects all the proactive nudges and tasks from throughout the day into one cohesive story.
The summary's purpose is to motivate you, ensuring you end your day feeling accomplished and ready for the next one.
This project was a deep dive into creating an AI that is more than just a tool, it's a partner in daily life. Here are my key learnings and future ambitions.
